● Say no to stress: It becomes challenging for your body's immune system to battle the infections if you remain under unhealthy amounts of stress.
● Take a balanced diet: Your immune system becomes more active if you take proper nutrition. Foods with antioxidant characteristics like green vegetables, nuts, and vegetable oils that are rich in Vitamin E & also broccoli, potatoes, and citrus fruits that are rich in Vitamin C, are quite beneficial for repairing the damaged tissues.
● No clenching and grinding of teeth: Doing this puts extra force on the tissues that support your teeth and could result in tissue damage. People also grind their teeth while sleeping, which often becomes a reason to visit a dentist.
